About the Role
We are seeking experienced couples who have a passion for working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a flex houseparent couple, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
You will work closely with other houseparents and school staff to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
