Unique Career Path for Married Couples
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
About the Role
This is a two-person job that requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
