As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and emotional growth, while also being part of a close-knit community that values teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support and guidance to students
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote students' academic and emotional growth
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure students' overall well-being
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
