Job Description
As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include supervision, transportation, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a houseparent couple, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, and you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Additionally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
