As a married couple, you will serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment. You will provide daily support to students, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, and work closely with other houseparents and school administrators to ensure student success.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sense of commitment, compassion, and responsibility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
