The couple must have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being at least 27 years old. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home, and couples must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted, and valid driver's licenses are required. Additionally, couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
