Job Description
As Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a nurturing environment for students, living on campus in a family-like structure. You and your spouse will be responsible for guiding and supporting groups of 8-12 students, managing various responsibilities while enjoying a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and guidance to students
- Manage student homes and maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with transportation, medication administration, and other daily needs
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
