At Milton Hershey School, we believe that every student deserves a supportive and loving environment in which to grow and develop. That's why we're seeking married couples to become flex houseparents and provide a family-like structure for our students.
As a flex houseparent, you'll live on campus with your spouse and help care for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You'll work together to plan meals, manage household chores, and oversee homework and personal time. When not on duty, you can relax in your own home and enjoy free time.
Our benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation around $150,000 for the couple), comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and more.
