We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as Residential Youth Caregivers at Milton Hershey School. As flex houseparents, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students by providing a supportive environment and fostering their academic growth.
Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and handling various student-related tasks. You will also be required to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. As a couple, you must demonstrate a commitment to providing a nurturing environment for our students.
