We are seeking married couples who share our passion for providing exceptional care and guidance to our students. As houseparents, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment that supports the emotional, social, and academic growth of our students.
What We Offer
Our compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, with a total of approximately $150,000 per couple. We also offer comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
As a houseparent, you will enjoy a flexible scheduling with nine days on followed by three days off, three-week paid summer vacation, and personalized professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
