We are seeking caring and dedicated couples to join our team as Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you and your spouse will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
About the Position
The Houseparent role involves providing daily care and supervision for students, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, managing budgets, and reporting student progress. You will work together with your spouse to create a structured living environment that promotes student development.

Requirements and Qualifications
We require experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples should have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being 27 or older. We also limit dependent children residing in the student home to three, with restrictions on pets and smoking on campus.
