As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing family-like environment for students in a residential setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding approximately 8-12 students in daily activities
- Managing student homes and ensuring a safe and healthy environment
- Supporting students' educational journey and personal growth
