At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As houseparents, you will manage daily responsibilities, offer mentorship, and guidance while living on campus with your family.
The ideal candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Your schedule will include nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school.
