About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our houseparent team. As a houseparent, you will live on campus and provide a family-like atmosphere for students, guiding and mentoring them in their daily activities and responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have experience working with youth and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. They will also need to be comfortable driving student home vans and navigating campus policies.
