As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Your responsibilities will include daily supervision, transportation, and managing household responsibilities.
This unique career path requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. You should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
