Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required at Milton Hershey School
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and meet the qualifications outlined below.
