Houseparents Opportunity at Milton Hershey School
Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school that provides exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a houseparent, you will be part of a nurturing family environment, guiding and supporting 8-12 students in their academic and personal growth.
We are seeking married couples who share our commitment to youth development and can provide a stable, loving home for our students. If you have experience working with youth and are willing to relocate to Hershey, PA, we encourage you to apply.
Benefits:
• Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couple must have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
• Valid driver's license required
• Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
