At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to become part of our team as Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their personal and academic development. As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding students, managing household tasks, and maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Our ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
