Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become Flex Houseparents. These individuals will reside in on-campus student homes, providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. They will create a family-like environment and manage responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Couples must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. Additionally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
