Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required at Milton Hershey School
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become houseparents. As a houseparent, you will provide essential care and guidance to a group of 8-12 students, ensuring a nurturing, family-like environment.
We are seeking couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Responsibilities:
- Drive students to school and other activities
- Administer medication as needed
- Budget for household expenses
- Report on student progress
Benefits:
- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more

Requirements:

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students
