Milton Hershey School (MHS) provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a supportive setting. Houseparents, married couples residing on-campus, guide and support 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. They should have no more than three dependent children and abide by the school's smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
