Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to become Flex Houseparents. This role involves residing in a student home, managing daily responsibilities, and serving as positive role models for students aged pre-K through 12th grade.
**About the Role**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. They will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must also have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Additionally, they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
