Job Summary
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a small group of students. As flex houseparents, you will provide a consistent family-like structure, handle responsibilities such as driving and administering medication, and take an active role in the lives of our students.
About You
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have been legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
