At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking a caring and dedicated couple to serve as house parents in one of our on-campus student homes. As a house parent, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a group of 8-12 students, managing household responsibilities, and guiding the students in their daily lives while living on campus. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a group of 8-12 students in a student home
- Manage household responsibilities, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry

- Collaborate with other staff members to provide a comprehensive support system for students
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
