As a flex houseparent, you will reside on campus with your spouse and care for a group of 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty
• Limitations on pets, with only fish and one approved dog breed allowed
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students
