About the Role
As Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You and your spouse will live on campus, guiding a group of 8-12 students and handling various responsibilities, including transportation and medication administration.

Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
