Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with approximately 8-12 students and provide a consistent family-like structure for them. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing the students, handling daily routines and responsibilities, and overseeing their well-being.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be a legally married couple with both spouses being at least 27 years old, having a high school diploma or GED, and holding a valid driver's license. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
