Milton Hershey School is a unique private school where students from disadvantaged backgrounds receive an exceptional education with comprehensive benefits. As a married couple living on campus, you will provide guidance and support for 8-12 underprivileged students.
We are seeking experienced couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing students in our on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include creating a nurturing environment, managing daily tasks, and overseeing educational activities.

Qualifications
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• Limitations on pets; only fish and one dog of approved breeds permitted
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; candidates must demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
