Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students in a residential educational setting.
About the Role
- Guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students in daily activities, administer medication, and maintain household routines.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage.
- Age 27 or older.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
- High school diploma or GED required.
