As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside on-campus and guide approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:
· Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
