Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become Houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Couples will work together to support 8-12 students, receiving competitive compensation and benefits, including housing and comprehensive insurance.
As Houseparents, you will:
- Provide daily care and guidance to students
- Manage student homes, including budgeting and reporting
- Transport students safely and efficiently
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services

- A salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
