The school is hiring married couples as flex houseparents. These couples reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They provide a consistent family-like structure and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and meet specific requirements.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED required, along with a valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
Both spouses must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
