Job Description:
As Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, married couples will provide a supportive family-like environment for 8-12 students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, overseeing expenses, and participating in daily student life. This role offers a unique opportunity for couples to make a positive impact on the lives of these young individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must have been legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. They must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy, with limitations on pets and a requirement to lead students in daily devotions.
