### What We Offer
We provide a comprehensive compensation package including salary, benefits, and relocation assistance. Our Houseparents enjoy a flexible schedule with nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school. They also receive paid summer vacation and professional development opportunities.
### About the Role
As Houseparents, you will reside on-campus in a student home, managing the daily needs of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to create a supportive environment for our students.
### Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
