Responsibilities
As Houseparents, couples are responsible for guiding students, managing daily activities, and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Qualifications
To be eligible, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity. High school diploma or GED is required.
