The Role:
Flex houseparents live on-campus, guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure, and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will work closely with your spouse to create a supportive atmosphere for students and help them achieve academic success.
Your Responsibilities:
Reside on-campus with your spouse; manage a group of students; provide daily care and guidance; handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting; maintain a supportive atmosphere for students; participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services; and adhere to campus policies.
