These individuals will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding them in their educational journeys. As houseparents, you will live on campus, managing daily responsibilities while ensuring students thrive.
About the Role
You and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, caring for a group of approximately 8-12 students. This unique career path requires flexibility and commitment from both spouses. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Integrity is paramount, as staff members serve as role models for students.
