About the Role
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Benefits include a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and more.
Please note that both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
