A Day in the Life of a Flex Houseparent
As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students. Your day will be filled with responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and providing mentorship to students. You will also have the chance to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Ideal candidates will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and be committed to fostering a positive living and learning environment.
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, we offer relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule includes flexibility, with nine days on followed by three days off, and a three-week paid summer vacation. You will also have access to free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
