Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a supportive family environment for our students. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle various responsibilities, including driving and administering medication
- Support students' academic and personal growth
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Compensation and Benefits
- $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
