Our school is expanding to serve more students, and we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Flex Transitional Living Assistants (FTLA). As an FTLA, you will live with and supervise high school seniors in campus residence buildings, guiding them in essential life skills necessary for success after graduation.
Your responsibilities will include organizing recreational activities, assisting with personal finance and goal-setting, and collaborating with staff to improve programs. This year-round live-in position requires a Bachelor's Degree and offers competitive compensation, including housing and relocation assistance.
