This is a year-round position that requires strong interpersonal skills, experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds, and a bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will be able to role-model life skills, teach self-responsibility, goal setting, planning & prioritization, time management, personal finance, and interpersonal skills.
