Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Transitional Living Assistant. This role involves mentoring high school seniors in developing essential life skills for post-graduation success.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in youth residential settings and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. They should be able to effectively manage conflict, inspire others, and demonstrate a high degree of organizational skills and flexibility.
In this position, you will create and supervise recreational activities, provide support in residential settings, and collaborate with staff to enhance the program. You will also be responsible for mentoring students in goal setting, planning & prioritization, time management, personal finance, and interpersonal skills.
This is a year-round position, working a schedule of 9 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off. Compensation includes a minimum annual salary of $48,799 plus a benefits package. Housing & utilities are provided, and up to $2,800 in relocation assistance is available.
