About the Role
This is a year-round position, working a schedule of 9 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off. Compensation includes a minimum annual salary of $48,799. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as experience working in youth residential settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recreational activities and programs to promote socialization and community building among residents.
- Collaborate with staff to evaluate and enhance the program continuously.
- Supervise and mentor high school seniors residing on campus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Valid driver's license in good standing and an ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills required.
