Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and supervise high school seniors in a residential setting.
- Create and implement life skills training programs.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to evaluate and enhance the program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van.
- Exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills required.
- High degree of organizational skills & flexibility required.
