What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live-In Caregivers for Students position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to join our team as live-in caregivers for students at Milton Hershey School.
In this role, you will serve as a family unit for a small group of students, providing guidance, support, and mentorship in a safe and nurturing environment. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of your students, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and providing daily care for your students. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
To qualify, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Pets are allowed, but there are limitations. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
Finally, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
