Job Description
We are seeking married couples to serve as Houseparents, providing a family-style living environment for students and serving as live-in mentors. You will work closely with our staff to ensure the academic and personal success of our students.
This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily guidance and support to students
- Managing household chores and budgets
- Transporting students to appointments and activities
- Administering medication as needed

- A salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
