As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 children. The ideal candidates have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (total: $150,000 per couple) and comprehensive benefits. You will also receive relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
