We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Youth Development Specialists. As a couple, you will reside on campus and work together to provide a stable and nurturing environment for a group of 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, and providing support and guidance to students as they navigate their academic and personal journeys. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, free housing and meals while on duty, relocation assistance and paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school.
