Responsibilities and Qualifications
We are looking for couples who possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Both spouses should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional qualifications include a valid driver's license, ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
